Hall 4

Cool , we've been told were in hall 4 next to a club stand , which club i don't know but were in..
Just need to get the polish out ready to show the MK1 PI we built last year and hope we can get a KDT Classic & Custom Subaru diff  kit ready to show as not heard from the machine shop yet to tell me the parts are ready...could be a bit last minute..but it should look like this one that's fitted to the 59 Coupe were finishing off......

Bloody Stoneleigh show is in 2 1/2 weeks and weve just found out they lost our booking forms and then told us they were fully booked... We definatly will be there but looks like we wont be in the posh halls as expected but hall 4 now.. Not a real problem just a shame as we had 3 nice cars to show off .. hope they can still squeeze us in.. will know more this weekend as live promotions are still finalising the floor plans as we speak.. Rant over.. Back to finishing the Red Top 59 Coupe off just in case we do get a spot big enough to take two cars at least. The MK1 PI Saloon came back from the paint shop yesterday having its final mop over and touch up so thats one car ready. Cheers Kd

KDT Classic & Custom blog is alive again..

Time to keep the blog upto date i think , lots going on here as usual but ill keep this one short n sweet. Was good day today in the workshop with sunshine coming through the glass roof once more..Dwaynes new MK1 2000 estate fired up sweet as a nut for the first time in 4 years after a carb rebuild and some air in its tyres..but only to find the fuel tank had a fairly major leak..Still a bit of leak fix did the job and she flew through the Mot no problem. Hope you got home safe in it mate as not heard from you since ??? Had a 1500 Spitfire in today was running rough, binned its waxstat jets and fitted some fixed jet conversions saw it running spot on again.. Enough for today..more this week though. Cheers Kd
